Exhibitor Information
The 15th annual Springfest, being held Wednesday April 1st in the
North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in the
Constitution Ballroom on the Lower Level. The exhibit hall will be
open to visitors from 10 am to 2 pm.
MOVE IN & MOVE OUT
Move-in: Wednesday, April 1st -
7am - 9am. Booths must be set by 9:30am.
Move-out: Following the close of Show at 2pm. Exhibitry must be
removed from the Show floor by 4pm.
EXHIBITING SPECIFICATIONS
While this is a table-top show,
you are welcome to use your full (8’ high) backwall if your
exhibit space is 10' x 5'. If your exhibit space is 8' x 5'
your back wall must fit into
an 8’ wide space.
Your side walls may be 8’ high 2.5’ out from back
of booth and then must drop down to 4’ for the remaining 2.5’.
(Please note that sidewalls are optional not mandatory.)
To ensure
that your backwall will fit and that you do not bring too much
exhibitry, we recommend taping the dimensions of your booth space on your
office floor and placing everything you would like to display at the
Show within this area. Don’t forget to account for the space that
will be required for your staff.

www.showtech.ca and select the event city. Click on "Online Ordering" and select
"Login & Order Online" button beside your Show.
You will be
asked to create a permanent Online Ordering account that you
will be able to access for future ordering on shows and events

& Lighting.

FREE CLIENT INVITATIONS
100 Invitations to Springfest
will be sent to you in March to distribute to your members, clients
& prospects. Registration will be limited to the first 1500
qualified registrants.
STAFF BADGES
Exhibitors are entitled to 3
complimentary booth staff badges. Additional badges can be purchased
at a charge of $35 per badge using the enclosed order form. Badges
will not be mailed but held for pick-up at the Show. While the
badges are generic, your staff must present a personalized company
business card at time of pick-up. Additional Staff Badges can be
purchased onsite at the Exhibitor Badge Registration Desk.
