For the past fourteen years, Springfest
has been a unique, affordable
one-day event for suppliers to meet over 1,500 property managers,
building
owners, facility managers and plant engineers from across the
Greater Toronto area.
The 15th annual Springfest will take place Wednesday, April 1, 2009
at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, North Building. SHOW WILL
OPEN AT 10 A.M.

Free seminars and meetings will be conducted from
8:30 a.m. to 12 noon at the Convention Centre for property managers
of
office, condominium, apartment, social housing,
industrial, government, medical, hotel and educational buildings.
Quite different than a conventional table top show or exposition,
the event has historically been an outstanding success. Visitors
enjoy complimentary draft beer and a free buffet luncheon from
various food stations spread out over the entire exposition area.
The floorplan is designed so that visitors have to walk by each
exhibit at least twice.
Some 150 spaces are available - 5’ x 8’ spaces at $895 plus GST and 5' x 10'
spaces at $995 plus GST for suppliers who exhibited in PM Expo 2008.
Rates are $1,095 and $1,195 for companies
who did not exhibit in PM Expo 2008.
YOU STAMP THE PASSPORT
One lucky visitor will win $500 cash at 2:00
p.m. In order to be eligible for the draw, visitors will receive a
passport that will need to be stamped by at 4 exhibitors in
each of the 5 pavilions. The passport will facilitate greater circulation among
all exhibitors.
WHO WILL ATTEND?
Property managers, building owners, plant managers and engineers,
facility managers, building operations staff and others responsible
for the maintenance, repair, retrofit and
management of all forms of buildings – commercial, condominium,
educational, hotel, industrial, institutional, medical, non-profit
housing, rental housing and retail.
IDEAL TIMING FOR THIS EVENT
By mid-March, most people are tired of winter.
Springfest 2009 is
ideally timed to “welcome in the Spring” and to enable you to renew
contact with most major building owners and property
management professionals in the Greater Toronto Area.
You will have a chance to meet key decision-makers without a lot of
planning, staffing and expense. For the visitors, there’s a free
lunch, good quality seminars, and a chance to meet their peers and
major suppliers to the property management field.
