Shipping & Customs
Shipping to the Metro
Toronto Convention Centre
Shipments to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre must be prepaid and scheduled
to arrive no earlier than 8 a.m. on Monday,
December 1. Collect shipments, or those arriving prior to
December 1, will NOT be accepted by Convention Centre staff.
For deliveries being made during Move-In (December 1) be
sure to instruct your carrier to report to the Marshalling Yard.
Download the Vehicle Marshalling Form and Map.
All deliveries to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre must be consigned
in the following manner:

International Shipments/Customs
Exhibitors shipping material to the Show from outside Canada
should contact our official Show broker, The Commerce Trade Show
Logistics Group. Please see the
Commerce Customs Brokers Form or contact Beverly Carson

Fax: 905-673-2574 for more
information. At the end of the show, removal of goods in bond for shipment
outside of Canada must first be cleared with Commerce Custom
Brokers.
