Take a few minutes prior to ordering to consider how you are going to distribute them. This will help to determine how many you will need and where you would like us to ship the passes.
Consider the following free pass distribution schedule:

Mail the Free Pass “Teaser” to your clients.

Follow up with an email asking them to watch for the Free Pass and encourage them to register.

Mail the Free Pass “Flyer”.

Follow up with an email letting them know that the flyer with seminar program has been sent and confirm that they have registered.

Finish your communications plan with a final email one to two weeks out from the Show to remind them of your booth number.

A third promotional tool has being added to your free pass options. The template can be personalized and emailed to your client base through your email address book. You can add your logo, booth number and information about your company or products that you will be exhibiting at the Show.Your clients will be linked directly to the Show Registration button compliments of your company.
